Hillcrest Bed and Breakfast and Hillcrest Luxury Self Catering Cottage are located on the far North coast of New South Wales, Australia, in the beautiful Tweed Valley. Only 12 minutes from the centre of historic Murwillumbah, under 40 minutes from Coolangatta/Gold Coast Airport and less than 2 hours drive from the centre of Brisbane, the State capital of Queensland.   Inter and intrastate buses drop-off at Murwillumbah, where you can take a taxi or hire a car for the 12 minute drive to Hillcrest. If arriving at Murwillumbah by coach we suggest Murwillumbah Rent-a-Car If flying in to Gold Coast airport try Economy Rental Cars. Please note that we are approx 8-9 hours drive from Sydney.
Unless planning an overnight stop on the way, international travellers should either fly into Brisbane, which is approximately 80 minutes drive, or make a connecting flight to Coolangatta/Gold Coast airport which is only 35-40 minutes drive away.
