For Main House guests breakfast is usually served in the dining room at Clive's hand-crafted timber dining table. However you may enjoy a private breakfast on your verandah or feel free to take a tray to the gazebo by the pool which looks out across two lilly-filled dams to the rainforests of Springbrook and the border between NSW and Queensland.

Hillcrest Cottage guests have their own fully equipped kitchen where they can choose to either self cater or take our breakfast provisions option. Cottage guests also have a gas BBQ on their private verandah.

Our usual breakfast selections include your choice of juice, a selection of cereals, pancake mix, fresh fruit, yoghurt, a loaf of home-made bread (gluten free on request - advance notice please), our own free range eggs, smoked salmon, selection of home-made preserves, butter, milk, local honey, selection of teas and fresh coffee. For longer stays we vary selections with such items as avocado, waffles with hot spiced plums, gourmet sausages ~ or you name your preference and we'll do our best to oblige.
